-SAFETY IS OUR TOP CONCERN:

PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR TRAINING PARTNERS SAFETY AT ALL TIMES

-No talking during Instruction

-Bow when entering and exiting the dojo

-All non essential gear must be NEATLY Stored in the locker room

-Flip flops are mandatory and must be placed NEATLY outside dojo before entering class

-All members and all their gear must be CLEAN and ODOUR free

-No profanity on the mats.

-Students when siting on the mats must be either sitting cross legged or on their knees.

-No training in Dojo in off hours without Coaches explicit approval

-Finger nails and toe nails must be neatly trimmed

-All Jewelry must be removed and Long hair must be tied back

-A mouth guard is strongly recommended for all programs

 GI jiu jitsu

-WHITE GI ONLY(Judo or Jiujitsu gi allowed, can be any brand)

-Rash guards are not mandatory to be worn under the gi but if you decide to wear a: Rash guard, compression shirt, t-shirt or Sports bra/top under your gi top it must be WHITE and in keeping with basic IBJJF basic guidelines.

-Flip flops are mandatory to and from the DOJO

Judo

-WHITE GI ONLY (Judo gi’s only, can be any brand)

-Flip flops are mandatory to and from the DOJO

No Gi jiu jitsu

-All black dress code

-Flip flops are mandatory to and from the DOJO

 Kickboxing

 -All black dress code

-Bring your own sparring gear

-Bring your own gloves and wraps

-Any colour gloves/wraps and gear is fine

-Mouth guards are mandatory for sparring

-Flip flops are mandatory to and from the DOJO

Wrestling

 -Any colour wrestling shoes are acceptable but they MUST be WRESTLING shoes

-All black dress code

-Wrestling shoes are not required but are recommended

-Flip flops are mandatory to and from DOJO if not wearing Wrestling shoes
